Guests or SpectatorsOnly Paying Guests Allowed. Generally no strict minimum Age requirement. Generally no strict minimum height requirement. Very tall guests (e.g., over 2 meters / 6’7”) may want to notify the lodge for seating comfort. Guests should be able to: Sit for extended periods (2–4 hours). Get in and out of a safari vehicle (may require a step up). Not recommended for guests with severe back problems unless cleared by a doctor. Guests should be able to safely use vehicle seating - It’s best to inform the operator if over 150 kg (330 lbs) to ensure comfort and safety.

Wildlife & Rhino Experiences

Guided game drive through the sanctuary, where you’ll explore the property and see free-roaming wildlife before reaching the rhino area.

Up-close rhino experience with resident white rhinos (like Brittany, Tiffany and Amanda), guided by experienced staff, often called the “rhino whisperer.”

Wildlife sightings of other species such as giraffe, zebra, nyala, buffalo, eland, impala and springbok on the approach to the rhinos.

Conservation education learning about rhino protection and the sanctuary’s mission.

Photo opportunities with wildlife and rhinos at close range.

Scenic drive through the Seekoei River Valley with views of Eastern Cape bush and natural landscapes.

Optional / Add-On Inclusions (subject to package):
Some tours or booking packages can include extra options, such as:
Picnic or lunch options during or after the visit ( for an additional fee).
Refreshments or snack add-ons during the outing (depending on booking).
Scheduled encounter times 10 am and 3 pm

Logistics & Transport:
Transfers to/from the sanctuary – transport from your accommodation or airport is not included.

Food & Drink:
Meals and snacks, unless specifically added as an extra (e.g., picnic/lunch package).

Personal & Optional Extras:
Travel insurance or medical/evacuation cover.
Souvenirs, gifts or merchandise.
Private photography/filming permits if required for commercial use.
Optional add-ons like extended tours, longer drives, or special experiences are typically extra and only available on request

Scheduling & Changes:
Flexible scheduling or last-minute changes aren’t usually covered — changes may incur extra charges.

Cancellation fees if you cancel late (as per booking terms).

Activities outside the sanctuary experience (like beach tours, ocean cruises, whale watching, etc.) unless part of a package.
