Terms and Conditions - Game Drives:

1. Booking & Payment
All game drives must be booked in advance.
50% deposit will be required to confirm a booking.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice but confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed rate.

2. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made within 24 hours before the game drive may qualify for a partial or full refund.
Late cancellations, no-shows, or early departures may result in no refund.
The ranger reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a game drive due to weather, safety concerns, park regulations, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Participation & Conduct
Guests must follow all instructions given by the guide at all times.
Standing, shouting, feeding animals, or leaving the vehicle without permission is strictly prohibited.
Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behaviour may result in removal from the game drive without refund.

4. Safety
Wildlife is unpredictable; participation in a game drive is at the guest’s own risk.
Seat belts (where provided) must be worn when instructed.
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
The ranger is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage caused by guest negligence.

5. Wildlife Viewing
Sightings of specific animals are not guaranteed.
Routes and duration may change depending on wildlife movement, weather, or park rules.

6. Health & Medical Conditions
Guests must disclose any relevant medical conditions that may affect participation.
The ranger is not liable for health issues arising during the game drive.

7. Photography & Media
Photographs or videos taken during the game drive may be used for promotional purposes unless the guest requests otherwise in writing.
Drones are not permitted.

8. Park Rules & Regulations
All guests must comply with national park or reserve regulations.
Any fines or penalties resulting from guest misconduct will be the responsibility of the guest.

9. Liability
The ranger shall not be held liable for loss, injury, accident, delay, or damage caused by events beyond reasonable control.
Participation indicates acceptance of inherent risks associated with wildlife activities.

10. Acceptance of Terms
By booking and/or participating in a game drive, guests confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
